The large 1-bedroom apartment, complete with kitchen and laundry, suited our needs perfectly for 2.5 weeks. We loved the lovely breakfast and the modern decor. The outdoor heated pool was a hit with my son, and we appreciated the nearby parks and historical sites, fostering great family adventures.

Delicious and marvellous breakfast at very reasonable rate, extremely helpful workers. Magnificent and beautiful location close to ANZ stadium, really comfortable facilities. A such wonderful stay on a business trip.

One evening, I chatted with a friendly staff member who went out of their way to recommend some fantastic local restaurants, which enhanced my experience.
The air conditioning in the room was slightly weak but not overly bothersome.

Everything was fantastic, incredible location so close to restaurants and clubs, and transport to the Westfield shopping centre, very amiable staff. The place was reasonably priced. The breakfast was delicious, they make lots of meals. The service was good with parking under the building. All the facilities were good.

We had a pleasant stay at nesuto parramatta aparthotel. the staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. our room was spacious and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep. the food was fantastic, with generous servings that exceeded our expectations. we also appreciated the free underground parking and room service, which added to the convenience of our visit. overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely consider returning.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Close proximity to the racecourse, shops and restaurants. All in all a nice place to stay.
The scrambled egg were rubbery.

My husband and I have stayed many many times on our trips to Rosehill races. The hotel is a fantastic place to stay on these occasions. It presents wonderful value for money. Roomy apartments, great views and friendly staff.
Nothing really. Front rooms have a great view however are not insulated sufficiently to block out the road noise, but apart from this - all good.
